Job Description
Lunt Capital Management, an SEC registered investment advisor (RIA), designs and manages institutional-style investment portfolios for individual clients, organizations, and retirement plans (no insurance products). Lunt Capital is seeking a service-oriented team member to fulfill the important role of Sr. Admin Assistant.

Job functions include:
• Provide outstanding service, responsiveness, and accountability for client requests
• Lead and execute critical back-office functions
• Client on-boarding – open accounts, establish online access, maintain legal agreements and required paperwork
• Client meetings – schedule meetings and events, prepare appropriate reports and materials from templates, capture and track action items from meetings
• Client communications – prepare and distribute quarterly investment analyses, monthly newsletters, weekly webinars
• Management fees – assist with quarterly fee process, track cash flows
• Portfolio changes – participate in change process through set-up and reconciliation
• Assist executives in all operational and back-office functions as assigned

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Business travel not required

Location: Downtown Salt Lake City

Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency exceeding the expectations of private clients
• Task/process-oriented and performance-driven
• Exceptional communication skills (in writing, by phone, and in person)
• A strong work ethic and proven self-starter
• Experience Requirement: 3+ years work experience in back-office operations is strongly preferred
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred
