Job Description
We are looking to fill a part-time assistant position. Tasks include:
•Drafts basic correspondence to existing and prospective clients.
•Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.
•Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases.
•Other duties may be assigned.No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
*We will begin interviews the last week in November. First day on the job is scheduled to be January 2, 2013.
This position is salary based and will require approximately 8 hours a day, 3 days a week.

•Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
•Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
•Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
•Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research skills and database programs.
•Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
