National Seating & Mobility provides customized wheelchairs and adaptive seating systems for individuals who have been diagnosed as having a permanent or long-term loss of mobility due to trauma, physical abnormality, structural defect or disease. We are currently looking for a qualified Part Time Customer Service Representative to work in our Murray office. The right candidate for this position has excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, is thorough in details, has a positive attitude and is willing to face the challenges that this position can incur. As a CSR, you will enter our client information, verify benefits and coverage with insurance companies, price and order equipment from manufactures, gather documentation from physicians, therapists, etc, contact clients for financial responsibilities, and posting deliveries following successful dispensing of equipment by RTSs. The position also requires answering multiple phone lines, have knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products, paperwork processing, and keeping our client???s updated on the status of their orders. This is a part time position with flexible set hours. Previous experience in a DME or Rehab Mobility office is a plus.
