Job Description
This Job is specifically for those how have a passion in the health and fitness industry. The position requires sales and management experience. Someone who is self motivated and can motivate others is a must. Leading by example is the only way. Someone who has excellent communication skills and who can asses others in their fitness needs. Someone who can take direction and implement projects from start to finish. Someone who lives in a positive direction of life. And lastly, someone who is motivated by making money in the field of their passion.
Requirements
Peroformax is looking to hire sales representatives as well as a sales manager. This Job requires outside marketing and advertising, going business to business, networking, and prospecting. Sales reporting, projections and goal setting on a weekly basis. Preparing and implementation of weekly meetings. Recruiting and training of new employees. Sales in new memberships and personal training are a must. Computer skills and communication skills required. The positions requires no less than 40 hours per week, 18 and older.
