Job Description
Financial services firm in Roy, UT has immediate opening for a full time Legal Collection Specialist. Duties will include managing bankruptcies and foreclosure accounts, general research on collection matters, working with outside legal counsel to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans on delinquent mortgage and small business loans, loan modification agreements. Interacts with debtors and attorneys and prepares correspondence as necessary. Excellent communication skills, EXCEL, WORD and general working knowledge of computers and office procedures is required. Must be detail oriented. Prior experience with legal collections desired. Benefits available. Friendly and casual office environment.
