JOB DESCRIPTION Experienced and busy Realtor is currently accepting resumes for a full-time transaction coordinator/assistant. This position is located in South Ogden, UT and will be M-F from 8:30 am ??? 5:30 pm. This position will be responsible for assisting Realtor with file organization, managing listings and pending sales, scheduling appointments, managing client database, assisting with marketing and promotion of both properties and agent. This person will also be responsible for managing social media sites, and handling many web-oriented tasks.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Computer skills are a must. In fact, if you are tech savvy, this is a great position for you! The ability to navigate the web and learn new computer programs and systems is a must. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. Creativity, eye for detail and good organization skills are necessary, as well as a desire to be accurate and take pride in the work done. Good communication and GREAT customer service skills are a must as well as Confident and positive Interaction with others. Occasional projects and events may require additional assistance and hours. If you are self- motivated and have a strong work ethic and meet the requirements listed, please submit your resume with references. Must have reliable transportation as some driving is required. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQURIED. A real estate license is preferred, but not required.
