Job Description
Sterling ATM, Inc. is a Utah based design and manufacturing company that works with financial institutions nationwide. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years, making us the one of the fastest growing companies in Utah.

To support our recent expansion, we are looking for exceptional individuals to position as a Production Team Leads/Supervisors. Job responsibilities and duties are as follows:

•Lead the production team, mentor and motivate employees
•Ensure productivity of designated employees
•Enforce all safety and processing procedures
•Assume responsibility for quality output
•Train new and existing employees
•Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, etc.)
•Assist in manufacturing of products as necessary
•Maintain a clean and safe work area
•Perform related duties as assigned

Compensation: DOE

Benefits: Excellent benefits package including matching 401k, employer paid health insurance, vacation time, and other insurance.

Requirements
•At least one year experience required
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•Must be able to work well and communicate with others
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Must have good time-management skills
•Ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy
•Must have excellent leadership skills
•Ability to meet demands established by the schedule
•Forklift certification a plus
