Job Description
Dentist Direct is a rapidly-growing dental insurance and administration company seeking an administrative assistant. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, with sharp attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and who enjoys working in a team environment. Must be a self-starter and be able to reliably and accurately complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and be able to interact professionally with clients and team members. Dental industry-related experience and Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required.
The position is currently part-time (1pm to 5pm) Mon-Fri, but schedule will allow for some flexibility. Additional hours and potential full-time status are available depending on performance.
