We are looking for the right person with a positive, outgoing, personality to fill the opening of Cleaning Crew Manager. We clean all types of flooring material including carpet, tile, wood, concrete, stone, etc. While some experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates good work ethic.

Work Schedule : M-F with some out of town travel

You Must Meet ALL these requirments:

1. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. (No D.U.I.’s or reckless driving tickets.

2. Must have a current LDS temple recommend. (we clean some of these buildings and they require us to have current recommends)

3. Must be able & willing to do physical labor.
(cleaning carpets is a physical job)

4. Must be clean cut. (No facial hair, vulgar tattoos, girls may have one set of earrings and men may not have any. No other piercings at all while on the job may be worn. Men's hair must be off the collar.)

5. Must have reliable transportation to get to work.

6. Must be able to show up on time, every time.

7. Must be able to drive a truck and small trailer or be willing to learn to drive them.

8. Must live or be willing to move within 30 minutes of Pleasant Grove UT. (we do emergency restoration work and we have to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.)

9. Must be able to legally work in the United States or have a work visa that legally permits you to work in this country.)

10. Must speak English FLUENTLY.

11. Must have a clean back ground. We do back ground checks on all our employees.

12. Must know how to work. We can teach you how to do the work this job requires, but we cannot teach you how to simply be willing to work.

13. Be willing and able to set up a conference call with one of your previous employers or bosses.

14. Must be ok with travel. We travel frequently for up to a week at a time. We travel about 25-30 weeks/yr. We leave Monday and come back on Friday. The other weeks we work locally. All your hotels and meals are paid for by the company. Occasionally we will stay out over a weekend, but we do not work on Sundays.


Here is a list of things that would be a bonus, but not a must to qualify for this job.

1. Have pervious managing experience. You will be managing 2-4 employee’s

2. Have pervious carpet cleaning and flood clean up experience.

3. Have a Commercial driver license. (CDL)

4. Know how to do carpet repair.

5. Have some IICRC certifications.
