Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to work as an account representative.
The individual:
-Acts as senior point-of-contact with Executive Client owners or representatives.
· Perform bi-weekly outbound calls to every Executive Client.
· Actively look for cutting-edge ways to help clubs be more productive
· Search for innovative ways to improve the Client’s working relationship with NFFS.
· Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of National Fitness’ systems, in order to evaluate
recommendations to the Client.
· Knowledge of Executive Clients’ club needs.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Problem Solving for Executive Clients
· Internet and phone training for Executive Clients
· Maintain close communication with account managers.
· Accept and complete others duties as assigned
