Job Description
Salt Lake City area outpatient facility seeks a qualified individual with experience in healthcare management to serve as full time facility Director. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on day to day management of direct patient care services including hiring, training, monitoring and oversight of operations. Candidate will also demonstrate experience/understanding of human resources, patient revenue collection, personnel management, information systems, data collection/analysis and accreditation standards. Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related management degree with healthcare operations experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
Minimum bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with at least 3 years healthcare operations administrative experience. Requires ability to work in and foster a collaborative treatment team environment, monitor operations and ensure accreditation and compliance with regulatory agencies. Requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal/communication skills and knowledge of healthcare operations, such as nursing and physician activities.
