Utah Food Services has a job opening for the position of Bakery II/Production Baker. The job will be baking pastries, cakes, breads, cookies etc. as needed for all meal periods. Will complete other tasks as assigned by Pastry Chef or UFS Management. Duties to include: Bake all bakery items for daily use. Produce and maintain inventory of standard dessert and pastry items. Perform other duties in the kitchen such as meal plate ups or pantry production. Keep bakery areas clean and well maintained. Be responsible for proper care of all equipment used.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Davis County Health Dept (not necessary until after hire). Food Handlers Permit 2 years of production bakery with high volume experience preferred. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods Of time and lift 30-50 pounds as needed.
