HRN Performance Solutions, a leading Utah provider of online human resource applications seeks a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer. We are a growing 22 year old organization with a significant national presence. We seek a hard-working, intelligent individual, with integrity and the ability to ???ramp up??? quickly and contribute immediately. The individual should have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a small team environment. A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks. Primary responsibilities of position include; ??? Executing established operational goals and ensuring that division-wide plans and programs are complemented and supported. ??? Creating testing procedures for all phases of the software development life cycle including analyzing, designing, coding, testing and documenting. ??? Implementing and overseeing backend testing protocols to include white box testing, black box testing, and regression testing. ??? Selecting and implementing automated testing tools to facilitate script-based testing. ??? Creating test plans, test cases, and test status reports. ??? Monitoring and evaluating work quality, efficiency, and productivity. Ensuring that completed work is of the highest quality. Providing suggestions for improved service delivery. Seeking new methods to accomplish departmental tasks. Overseeing and completing all Quality Assurance projects. ??? Tracking work flow. Ensuring that deadlines are kept and records are complete and accurate. ??? Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Performance Pro and Compease database.

Qualified candidates will have: ??? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. ??? Excellent knowledge of Quality Control processes and requirements. ??? Thorough understanding of related software programs and support systems. ??? Experience with formal Software Development Life Cycles and Software Development Methodologies. ??? Experience with automated QA tools. ??? Three to five years of related experience required. ??? Supervisory experience preferred. ??? Strong leadership and supervisory skills. ??? Good project management skills. ??? Excellent organization skills. ??? Solid communication skills. ???
