Job Description
Daybreak Canyon is a licensed residential treatment center located in the scenic Silver Valley in northern Idaho, just east of Coeur d’Alene. Daybreak Canyon works with boys ages 12-17 struggling with various mental health and behavioral issues. Daybreak Canyon uses a unique brand of experiential therapy with a strong emphasis on outdoor recreation and specialized work projects.
The Lodge Supervisor position reports directly to the CEO and supervises all direct care staff. This is a salaried position with direct care and supervisory duties. Schedule is generally during the swing shift 2pm – 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays. Qualified applicants must enjoy outdoor recreation, be passionate about working with youth, and posses strong supervisory/staff development skills.

Requirements
-Must be at least 21 years old, and able to pass a criminal background check
-must posees at lest 3 years of experience working in residential treatment as direct care or supervisory capacities(unless has a BS degree or higher)
-must posses at minimum a HS degree, strong preference given for BS level degree.
