Job Description
Machine Shop Foreman / Manager
responsible for the daily management of a manual and CNC machine shop including two shifts and 10 + employees.
Daily functions include:
*active setup and planning of work through shops.
*Troubleshooting and efficiency work on specific jobs.
*Implementation of tooling and setups for specific jobs.
*Balancing labor and managing time and attendance records.
*Ordering all necessary tooling and working with purchasing department to assure materials needed for assemblies are in house in time.
*scheduling and trouble shooting welding department

Requirements
CNC and manual machining experience 5+ years required.
Previous experiencing managing required.
Previous experiencing managing machine shop is a plus.
Solidworks / CAD experience also plus.
Basic Computer skills.
Effective Communication skills required.
