Job Description
Property Condition Assessments, LLC (PCA) is a national architectural and engineering consulting firm that provides building assessment services to the real estate investment and lending industries. Typical projects are focused on performing pre-acquisition assessments of property condition and general code compliance.
PCA currently has full-time openings for senior architectural, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering professionals in the Salt Lake City area. Extensive travel is required - approximately one to three days per week on average.
In addition to these permanent positions, PCA is also interested in developing outside-consultant relationships with licensed architectural and engineering professionals.

Requirements
Candidates must have the following experience:
• A 4-year degree in an architectural-, engineering-, or construction-related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in a broad range of activities including design, construction oversight, and project management
In addition to the experience requirements noted above, candidates must have the following skills/characteristics:
• Exceptional writing and grammatical skills (If your skills are not exceptional you need not apply)
• Exceptional verbal communications skills
• Exceptional common sense
• A desire to excel and make a strong contribution to a high-quality-oriented, high-growth organization
• A strong orientation toward customer service and ongoing professional communication
• The ability to meet highly stringent deadlines, without exception
• Computer literacy (intermediate or better knowledge) on Windows-based platforms, including MS Word and Excel
