Job Description
A Utah Valley International Packaging company is searching for a seasoned customer service rep. with experience in working with Sales/Account Managers. This position will work closely with customers via email and the telephone and one to one with the sales staff. The CSR will support the sales staff in all areas of product sales including but not limited to order entry, order tracking, shipping entry etc.
Requirements
Candidate must be proficient using Windows based applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Candidate must have professional phone etiquette and experience working directly with customers via email and phone. Candidate must work well with others in the office environment. Candidate must be able to multitask. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. An understanding of shipping procedures via UPS,FEDEX, and LTL freight a plus. Good basic math skills are mandatory. Previous packaging experience a plus.
