Must be people oriented and able to work in a team environment on renewals and new businesses. This person will support sales agent to quoting and provide superior customer service to policyholders regarding insurance coverage and policy issues. A working knowledge of underwriting and insurance along with at least 1-3 years of experience in an insurance environment, ability to communicate directly with companies, ability to prioritize your workflow and time management skills are a plus. Familiarity with computer software is necessary, although we do provide in-house training on programs. Property & Casualty license a plus. Come join our growing, energetic team!!

Responsibilities: ??? Service Client Base- Duties include handle clients billing, policy changes, issue certificates, handle underwriting issues, accounts receivables, underwriting troubleshooting, auditing, rewrites on policies, etc. We are a client-focused agency and have a mission to make doing business simple for clients. ??? Retain Client Base- Be able to enjoy interacting with clients by understanding their insurance needs and making appropriate product recommendations. Conduct renewal calls and meetings that will keep us in contact with our client. Focus on building relationships and have them feel like the clients are being taken care of. ??? Assist with Account Executives- Duties include assistance in obtaining application information, quote with Agency markets and create the proposal.
