Job Description:
This associate will complete many different and often-times unrelated tasks that result from the needs of a growing business; however, his or her primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers by phone, giving product demonstrations via web meeting, fulfilling services contracts (for a commission), communicating customer issues to engineering and responding to email and forum posts, and generally assisting in the development of new product features.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is entrepreneurial, enjoys the challenging environment of a small company, self-motivated and highly organized. The candidate should also be extremely detailed oriented and know how to accomplish tasks in an organized manner. The individual will enjoy spending a considerable amount of time giving software demonstrations and answering support related phone calls and emails.
This position is a highly regarded position in the company and is critical to our SaaS model. The successful candidate will find plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working knowledge of HTML, XML, SQL Server and Java Script
- Basic understanding of regular expressions, XPath, and the .NET framework a plus
- Programming experience a plus but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A desire to learn and find ways to improve the company
