Job Description
MediConnect Global is a leading provider of medical record retrieval, digitization, coding, extraction, and analysis. We are currently seeking a VP, Account Management Health Information Services at our South Jordan, Utah location. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
Principal Responsibilities:
Take an active role in the strategic development of the Health Information Services vertical of the business
Retain and expand existing business by developing strong relationships with clients, anticipating needs and up selling value-added services
Effectively communicate with clients on a consistent basis, both verbally and written, to resolve issues, review service needs and usage trends.
With the help of a team of Customer Service Managers (CSM) and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) under your direct supervision, service the account related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers.
Proactively identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any at risk customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
Provide management team with customer feedback on product improvements
Manage all Account Managers and Customer Service Managers
Obtain and verify new accounts

Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Minimum 5 years of account management or related experience
Experience with offshore business process outsourcing
Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
Proven skills in managing an effective and successful customer-focused team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create and maintain accurate, accessible and organized reports and documentation
Ability to present results and strategy at senior management level and considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience
Minimum 5 years of account management or related experience
Experience with offshore business process outsourcing
Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
Proven skills in managing an effective and successful customer-focused team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create and maintain accurate, accessible and organized reports and documentation
