Administrative Assistant We are looking for someone that can keep our office organized, manage files, filings, email marketing, mailings, some databases logging, follow up with items from existing clients, scheduling for the team leaders, making purchases, running errands and manage multiple tasks at the same time. Additional responsibilities primarily related to investor relations may include sourcing and sending quarterly gifts, writing thank you cards, sending marketing materials, screening calls, preparing reports, training and supervising other support staff and various customer relations. The environment is fast paced, requires the ability to multi-task and we are looking for someone ready to make an impact to our team.

Qualifications ??? Master at finding a way to get things done; prides themselves by it ??? Ability to learn new skills and figure things out on the fly ??? MS Outlook and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ??? Pleasant personality and hard worker. Effectively communicates with outside parties, consistent at following up and can handle multiple scheduling responsibilities ??? Extremely strong organizational skills and demands organizational structure ??? Pro-active/self-starter. ??? High energy, enthusiastic, good all around attitude required.
