The Senior Java Software Engineer will support our company’s technology efforts. You will be involved in the design, architecture and development of software solutions and web-based applications used by both Access Development clients as well as our employees. You will interface with users, customers and potential clients to gather and understand requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Architecture, design and implementation of web-based applications
* Provide guidance and technical leadership to other team members
* Develop applications in accordance with established process
* Some travel may be required

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
* 7-9 years relevant web application development experience, including:
** 5+ years experience developing in Java using technologies such as Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate, Postgres, and Maven
** 5+ years designing and developing highly scalable web applications
* Understanding of and experience with Agile Scrum
* Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
* Demonstrable problem solving skills
* Ability to accurately estimate work with proven delivery record
* History of working as a team player in a dynamic environment
* Experience developing web content management and email a plus
* This position is in our Salt Lake City office
* 7-9 years relevant web application development experience, including:
