Job Description
Academy Mortgage Corporation is seeking a PTX Auditor to join our growing team, headquartered in Sandy, Utah.
Role
The Loan File/PTX Auditor is responsible for auditing the loans we sell direct to the Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) to ensure they comply with Academy and Government guidelines. All deficiencies found in the audit will be distributed to the branches for corrective action by the Loan File/PTX Auditor. In addition to auditing loan files, Loan File/PTX Auditors will be required to complete intermittent training classes to continually improve skills and knowledge base.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Audits loan files sold direct to the GSEs to ensure they meet Academy Mortgage and Government guidelines
• Targets deficiencies in the files and submits stipulations to cure those deficiencies into the stipulation tracker system
Academy Mortgage Corporation is an EEO Employer, who participates in E-Verify. Reference checks are a pre-requisite of employment. All offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check and credit checks, as required by state regulation. All successful candidates must provide original documents that will establish their identity and eligibility to work in the United States as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
