Job Description
Fox Creek Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Techinician who can Trouble-shoot,repair & maintain, diagnose & correct: HVAC, plumbing,
elect, & appliances., minor carpentry/sheetrock,
flooring repairs. Prioritize work orders, re-key locks, maint. landscape & pool care,
CPO & HVAC Certifications a plus

Requirements
Basic construction knowledge
Basic appliance repair knowlege
Possess the ability to walk, climb, bend, lift up to 75 lbs, twist, kneel, shovel snow
