If you think you "fit the bill" and working to build a small business excites you please send us your Resume in PDF format. We'd also like you to take a behavioral assessment that will help us to understand your working style and how you work under pressure. When you take this keep in mind your behaviors at work or when you are focused on getting a job done. This is not a huge determining factor for us in you being a candidate for the position, but it will help us understand you better and we think you will find it valuable as well. Below is the information on how to get to the assessment.
It is the free version and we will possibly have you take the more detailed version later.
Go to:

then go to the “EXPERIENCES” tab
The fourth option down says, “Personal Strength Profile/Behavioral Assessment click on that and get started.
Please send us a pdf copy of the DISC profile after you finish, it will take about 15-20 minutes.
