Job Description
The Support Representative is the face of The REDX to our clientele. Therefore we are looking for individuals with a positive and friendly disposition. As the Support Representative, you will be assisting our clientele either over the phone, via email, or chat to ensure they are able to succeed with our products and services. Training will be provided to ensure the candidate has all the necessary skill in order to support our clientele. As a Support Representative at The REDX, you will be the expert on our products and services and then apply that expertise in a technical support role (phone, email, chat) to our customers.
As you resolve customer issues you will be afforded the unique opportunity to learn many of the latest techniques that successful real estate professionals employ in their day to day activities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
Ability to train customers over the phone, via email, or chat.
Positive, friendly attitude
Ability to learn and retain the skills provided by the REDX.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong work ethic, self motivated
Solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional consideration will be given for applicants with the following skills/knowledge/experience:
Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills
In-depth knowledge of Microsofts latest operating systems
Previous experience in a call center environment
Previous technical support experience a strong plus
Familiarity with the Real Estate Industry
We are currently accepting applications for one full time opening. Our offices are open Monday Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. So no late nights or weekend shifts.
