A Medical Provider Relations Agent is responsible for actively coordinating the retrieval of records, maintaining healthy relationships with medical provider facilities, fielding phone calls from facilities and responding accordingly, and resolving any issues that may arise as a result of our active pursuit of medical, employment and educational records. Medical Provider Relations Agents routinely speak with facilities regarding record requests and resolve any and all concerns related to each request. Each retrieval agent is responsible for ensuring that the facilities from whom records are requested receive the highest level of customer service and care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal communication, and the ability to type at 35wpm
• Ability to work and thrive in a multitasked, fast paced environment
• Conscientious, quick learner and strong team player
• Self motivated and adaptive to change
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to quickly learn new computer system applications
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Flexibility, willingness to accept direction and feedback, and a positive attitude are highly valued at MediConnect.
• Ability to negotiate solutions through building relationships
• Any prior experience working in the Medical, Healthcare, Life Insurance or Legal industry is a plus!
