$40,000-$50,000 DOE Annually

• Programming: ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET
• Scripting: JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, FO-XSLT
• Database: SQL Server
• GUI/Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop
Job Duties
• Serve as a member of the development team by utilizing proficiency in VB.NET, Visual Studio 2003/2008, MS SQL Queries and Stored Procedures, and other technologies as directed by the company.
• Determine operational feasibility and length of efforts by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with applicable external department members, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle.
• Take initiative in research and projects to improve the company's offerings and processes.
• Participates in peer reviews to ensure that design and code implemented comply with the company's established guidelines.
• Research reported bugs and issues encountered and provide relevant fixes.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience developing software using Microsoft technologies (.net, SQL Server, etc)
• Strong proficiency with Excel and other Office products and software programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and personal organization
• Must be able to pass background and/or drug test
