Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily process of sales.
2. Accountable for appropriate cash handling and closing of cash register.
3. In charge of preparing and sending daily reports to Store Operations.
4. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
5. Have good knowledge of all the services available at the Branch.
6. Ensures that customers are aware of all the marketing promotions available.
7. Resolve customer complaints.
8. Greet customers entering the Branch.
9. Perform sorting, counting and wrapping currencies and coins.
10. Make cold calls to customers in order to inform them of current promotions.
Other Functions
Provide friendly and courteous service to our clients.

Requerimientos minimos para la posicion:
. Exelente servicio al cliente
. Experiencia en el manejo de caja y dinero
. Habilidad para trabajar bajo poca supervicion
. Experiencia en el manejo de computadoras (Excel & Word)
. Habilidad para resolver problemas
. Documentos para trabajar en USA
.Saber bien escribir, hablar y leer en Espaρol. Ingles es un plus
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
Excellent customer service skills and orientation
Experience in a cash-handling environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with outstanding detail orientation
Ability to work independently
Must be computer literate
Strong ethics and integrity
. Write, Speak & Read in Spanish. English is a plus.
