Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Represent Vital Pay Marketing in a professional and ethical manner
• Adhere to all legally approved sales scripts and processes
• Communicate effectively with team members
Tasks and Work Activities
• Handle inbound calls/make outbound calls
• Consult potential customers regarding products and services which will best meet their needs
• Deliver sales presentations using industry-proven techniques and methods to persuade potential customers to invest in our program and improve their lives
• Verify basic customer information such as name, address, and payment method
• Enter orders into the computer system
• Do follow-up calls on with all sales leads
• Provide world-class customer service
Education and Experience
Years of Experience:
• Sales/customer service experience preferred but not required.
Education:
• 4 year degree preferred but not required.
Skills and Knowledge
Required:
• World-class customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude
• Ability to adhere to company quality standards
• Basic computer skills with online applications
•Time management skills
• Ability to keep all potential customers’ information confidential
