•Have 3-5 years of experience designing and building PHP/MySQL web applications
•Have a solid understanding of source code version control systems like Git and Subversion
•Have experience with creating well-documented, object-oriented PHP code and properly normalized MySQL databases
•Have experience in every stage of the software development life cycle
•Have a good understanding of Web UI/UX
