Job Description
The Real Estate Administrator will function as Manager of the Real Estate Administrative Support team, offering support to the Vice President, Directors, and the Real Estate Managers in the field, including management of any present or future real estate administrative assistants. The qualified candidate will work to deliver productivity reports, track systems by assisting the field Real Estate team in doing research and documentation for site approval. This position requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning, Law Degree, or other related field. 2-4 years’ experience
o or five (5) years combined similar work-related experience specific to commercial and/or retail land development
• The candidate for this position should possess experience in land development (knowledge of real estate deals is recommended) especially, but not limited to, packaging and documentation, and approval processes.
• 1- 3 years’ experience with land development and entitlements after educational requirements are fulfilled; preferred.
