Job Description
Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our Member Service Team. We have 10 Branches throughout the State, 150 employees, and 52,000 members. We offer a friendly and fun work environment, great benefits, and competitive compensation. This position is located in our Operations Center.
Working in our Operations Center puts you in the position to learn Mortgage & Consumer Lending, the underwriting for Mortgage & Consumer Lending and Secondary Market Mortgage principles. We are looking for a great problem solver who has the ability to listen to the member and produce a productive answer. This is an opportunity to demonstrate leadership abilities and broaden your knowledge base in personal banking and loans. You will have concentrated opportunities to help our Members receive the benefits of DFCU products and services.
Duties: Most of the job duties are done while taking incoming calls from our members. Originate, process and underwrite Consumer Loans, backup branch lending, provide service to Help Desk. Provide DFCU Services/Products to existing members.

Requirements
Qualifications: Customer service skills are required. We are looking for someone who is able to work well with numbers and has high numeric rational abilities, and is also an energetic, fast learner. This person must be highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office software, and be able to operate a 10-key, and have keyboarding skills. This person must also have a high school diploma or GED and have good communication skills.
