Job Description
A Utah County Excavation Company has a full-time office position available. We are looking for a mature person to join our team. They must be extremely organized, an avid note taker and a self-starter. This person will be working directly with the owner of the company and other office staff on a variety of projects such as (but not limited to) doing research on the internet for certain projects, prepping paperwork for various jobs that will be assigned, assist in taking incoming calls, help keep an inventory of storage containers, billboard advertisements, and being able to give info to potential customers, etc. This person must be computer literate and know Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ViewPoint would be useful, but willing to train. Phone skills are a must. Knowledge of construction and/or the excavation industry would be very helpful. We are looking for someone with long term goals to grow with this company. Serious inquiries need only apply please.
Requirements
