Job Description
The Successful candidate must have 2-3 years of kitchen experience and good knife skills. The majority of work would be cold prep and duties would include prepping vegetables, starches and meats for cooking. The employee may be needed to assist with hot food production. Answers to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Requirements
Food Handlers permit is required. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time. Open schedule with flexibility of schedule must, will work weekends. Culinary education and Serve Safe certification is a plus.
