Job Description
Supervises curriculum and content development for customer education programs. Designs software training that helps customers use dental practice management software effectively. Manages team and projects. Writes, edits, and approves content for a wide variety of deliverables.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervises customer training curriculum and content development. Assigns projects, trains team members, edits and approves deliverables. Ensures that courses and curricula are consistent with instructional objectives, that content is accurate and relevant, and that all deliverables meet standards for quality and professionalism. Defines quarterly work plans, conducts quarterly reviews, and conducts annual performance reviews.

Designs software training and manages content development projects. Meets with internal clients to define objectives, scope, and deliverables. Selects instructional strategies and media. Creates project plans, coordinates work among project team members, and maintains project timelines. Facilitates communication among stakeholders. Prepares project status reports.

Actively participates in content development. Writes content for a wide variety of deliverables, such as training manuals for workshops, articles for magazines and newsletters, test items for assessments, slides and handouts for seminars and webinars, etc.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Requirements
Experience:
• 4-6 years writing and editing instructional content for training manuals and magazines or newsletters
• 3-5 years managing educational content development teams and projects

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Superior writing
• Editing and editorial process management
• Instructional design
• Effective software training methods
• Project management
• Document creation with Adobe InDesign
• Dental practice management (preferred)

• Other:
• University degree in English, education, instructional design, a related discipline, or equivalent professional training
