Job Description
We have openings for Accountant/Administrative Assistant in Salt Lake City/Draper area with the following qualifications:
-Maintain, verify and post transactions into accounting software
-Must be profient in all major Microsoft Office products, primarily PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
-Coordinate with other departments and within the corporation in areas that require joint effort.
-Assist in the coordination and management synchronization of command meetings, installs and schedules.
-Develop agendas, briefing slides/books and other presentation material.
-Schedule, operate and maintain facilities and equipment used for presentations and meetings. Prepare minutes and track action items from meetings.
-Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
-Prepare and maintain corporate marketing information and communications

-Maintain, verify and post transactions into accounting software
