Job Description
The DBA will administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the database servers that support company operations. Many of these databases support mission-critical systems, so some after-hours work may be required.

We’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in and be part of the solution, who wants to be a part of a hard-working team of goal-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities:
• Oversees all company database servers, running SQL Server and MySQL
• Consults with development staff and business intelligence unit to ensure queries are efficiently written and that databases are properly designed for efficiency
• Responsible for all database maintenance and performance, including backups and troubleshooting performance issues as needed
• Ensures that all data necessary for the operation of corporate systems is available
• Establish and maintain documentation of database systems
• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Required skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database administration and support
• Knowledge of MySQL or other open-source database technologies a plus, but not required
• Demonstrate high efficiency in time management skills
