Job Description
Large apartment community seeking a maintenance technician who will provide stellar customer service to our residents while making sure the property is maintained at the highest level. Must be a team player.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid drivesrs licence and own transportation.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• At least 2 years of experience preferred
• Ensure a safe and hazard free working environment
• Have the skills necessary to complete turn overs and service requests in a timely and proficient manner while maintaining our very high standards
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm. Some Saturdays and On-call required
