Job Description
Fun, fast-paced advertising agency is seeking self-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented administrative assistant. Duties will include, but are not limited to, data entry; contacting vendors for quotes, stock availability and order details; preparing presentations, formal quotes and purchase orders; coordinating schedules and following up with vendors, tracking jobs and following up with clients. Wage dependent on experience.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year experience in office environment preferred
• Knowledge of Word and Xcel preferred
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner
• High level of professionalism and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive work environment
• Negative results on mandatory drug tests
