• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering organization
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• General administrative and clerical support
• Prepare letters and documents
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule Clinical Support as needed.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
• File paperwork in patient files.
• Input all Oasis and 485’s into practice management software.
• Check and print On-call logs and call appropriate staff accordingly
• Create admit packets.
• Track POT’s and orders, record when returned.
• Track need for patient re-certifications and notify staff accordingly.
• Keep paperwork supply stocked at all times.
• Confirm employee visits in practive management software.
• Manage C.N.A.’s education hours, ensure of 12 hours annually.
• Assist with chart preparation for billing purposes.
• Other duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.

Requirements
• Computer literate.
• Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
