Join our team, Rod Works is a Utah based Company and is looking for a hard working, fast learning person who has the abililty to manage finances and preform standard office work and book keeping.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Quick books programs
Quick learner
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Self motivated
Ability to use Microsoft Windows based platform
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills;
Good analytical skills required
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data entry into Excel;
Data entry into point of sale software;
Data entry into payroll system;
Assist with department work flow;
Report and Track monthly expenses, customer data and company data;
This is Full-time position.
Starting pay is $12-14/hr
Benefits: Negotiable
