Job Description
We are looking for a hard working, dependable person for maintenance in our mobile home community. It is for general property and building (clubhouse) maintenance. Must be professional and be able to communicate effectively. Bilingual would be helpful but not necessary. Must be able to do physical labor such as, but not limited to, digging, sprinkler repair, tree trimming, planting flowers, cleaning and be able to keep the community at it's best.
Requirements
Must be able to do physical labor. Have a positive, professional manor and be able to work independently and show initiative. Must be able to pass physical and criminal background check. Must have a valid drivers license.
