R Systems is seeking Customer Service agents. Candidates should speak and write English fluently, have great customer service with technical aptitude, and be familiar with using a computer.
Job Purpose:
Serves our customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:
• 1 yr of Customer service experience
• Familiarity with Windows OS
• Familiarity with websites, and general Internet navigation
• Ability to answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries via the web or email
• Strong work ethic
• Self starting attitude with minimal supervision
