Job Description
Progressive Finance is looking for a top-notch Client Support Specialist. We are growing and looking to strengthen our client services department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to maintain a positive attitude, communicate well, and have fun. Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and internet explorer
• Must type 40 wpm

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Always available to take calls; never avoid them
• Identifies and advises operational issues
• Records detailed notes of call in customer accounts
• Transfers customers to appropriate departments
• Inputs invoice information for contracts, answers email requests
• Solicits web services to customers
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situation while controlling personal emotions.
• Open to supervisors’ and team leaders’ critiques and applying them promptly to calls.
• Speaks clearly, pleasantly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Achieves excellent call quality and works toward a perfect quality assurance rating
• Responds to and follows-up on customer needs not immediately resolved
