Job Description
One of the major owners of Subway restaurants in the state of Utah is in the process of a rapid expansion, and is looking to hire a self-motivated, energetic, and excellent individual to manage our new location opening up in the Olympus Hills shopping center on Wasatch Blvd!
We are the Development Agent for Subway in Utah, and are responsible for upholding high standards in cleanliness, customer service, and overall store operation here in the Utah territory. Our goal is to be the best in our business, and run above-average stores that not only satisfy our customers, but give them an experience that will WOW them, and keep them coming back for more.
Some of the general responsibilities of this position are:
-Counting, ordering, and monitoring inventory.
-Hiring, training, and coaching employees.
-Scheduling/labor cost management.
-Using software generated reports to monitor operational costs.
-Cash control
-Building and maintaining customer relationships.
-Keeping the store clean, and running smoothly at all times.
We offer a starting salary of 23,000-28,000 per year, with monthly bonuses of up to $350 per month for achieving reasonable financial goals.
As a store manager you will be in charge of opening the store for business in the morning, coaching and training your crew, ordering and inventory of the food, and hitting reasonable labor and food cost goals. Your area supervisor will be there to assist you, but this will be your store.
