??? Ability to maintain excellent customer relations while firmly requiring past due payment be made.
??? High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in a financial field preferred.
??? At least one (1) year experience in collections and/or accounting.
??? Firm understanding of relevant laws with strong knowledge of collections processes and procedures.
??? Excellent communication skills meaning clear and patient communication.
??? Strong negotiation skills.
??? Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
??? Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
??? Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
??? Multi-task and detail orientation skills.
