Basic Job Function
Administration of Company Payroll and Benefit Plans
1.Coordinate all new hire benefits and payroll enrollment paperwork with employees
2.Responsible for all new hire input in payroll system and benefits systems
3.Prepare new hire files
4.Coordinate, prepare and process Amedica payroll on bi-weekly basis
5.Responsible for processing payroll changes: taxes, salary increases, addresses, PTO, etc.
6.Ensure accuracy of PTO balances: accrual formula and activation in ADP Resource and EZLM
7.Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day employee benefits administration.
8.Coordinate with Benefit Broker as needed.
9.Coordinate with financial advisor and TPA monthly orientations for retirement savings plans
10.Coordinate Retirement Plan Deferrals, Roll-Over???s, Loans and Withdrawals
11.Prepare annual 5500 for company EE Retirement Safe Harbor Plan
12.Enrollments and terminations of employee benefits and plans: medical, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, Life, AD&D, Voluntary Life, Short-term and long-term disability, 401(k), Roth
13.Administer company policies and plans: FMLA, USERRA, AAP Compliances
14.Create and design HR control templates using programming methods through Adobe
15.Coordinate exit paperwork and benefits notification with employee and supervisor
16.Coordinate COBRA benefits
17.Update Intranet with appropriate changes in forms, plans & policies
18.Update HR Intranet with related templates, policies & procedures changes and additions
19.Manage all employee payroll records, information and payroll changes
20.Assist Director of HR with Handbook policies and procedures
21.Coordinate and montior company wellness programs and initiatives
22.Serve on company benefits committee
23.Assist Director of HR with other duties as assigned
