???Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
???3-5 years event experience preferred
???Proficient computer skills MS Word & Excel

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and long hours when needed.
The Theatre Event Sales Manager is responsible for sales and marketing to existing and new clients of food, services and rentals to meet their needs. He or she is responsible to communicate event information with Catering and Theatre Managers. The Event Sales Manager will work to finalize details and work with staff to promote group sales and run events. The Theatre Event Sales Manager champions the company's Mission and Vision, and models the company Values.
Note: This position is commission based.
???Develop new and current clients to sell food, services and rentals that meet their needs with regards to pricing, equipment rentals, and services etc.
???Communicate event information with Catering and Theatre Managers
???Follow up with Catering Manager and client to ensure a successful event
???Finalize all details and process revisions as necessary
???Work with staff to promote group sales and run events
???Market weddings, receptions, company meetings, parties etc.
???Attend specified trade shows where a booth would be manned to increase sales
