Description: Midas Creek Home Health provides a variety of home health solutions to the Northern Utah Community.
We are experiencing a tremendous amount of growth in this ever growing industry and are looking to add one Area Marketer to our Salt Lake team.
The Area Marketing Representative would be responsible for planning and directing marketing/sales of company's services through personal effort and through cooperation of supportive subordinate managers. The Area sales person represents the agency in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurse???s associations, and all other medical facilities.
The Area Marketing Representative will serve as a public awareness representative for the Agency, and will be responsible for public education relative to home health care services available through the Agency and insurance sources and approaches for obtaining such services. The Area Manager will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals as set.
Position-Specific Skills, Competencies and Responsibilities:
??? Establishes strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for services.
??? Updates Manager on weekly basis of efforts, results, obstacles, and upcoming sales/marketing events.
??? Develops and executes sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to support goal objectives of the company.
??? Develops and manages marketing/sales operating on budget.
??? Analyzes referral sources and focuses on offices/referral sources that present the most potential for achieving revenue objectives of organization.
??? Provides direct contact with referral sources and utilizes time in an efficient manner to obtain optimal results from efforts.
??? Represents the company in a professional manner.
??? Serves as a liaison with outside agencies for ongoing promotional campaigns.
??? Assists development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
??? Ensures effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales objectives falls within designated budgets.
??? Oversees development and maintenance of customer/referral source
??? Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key community and strategic partners.
??? Completes all paperwork accurately and timely. Keeps organized records and documentation for all referrals sources.
